Cancellation and Refund

Effective Date: April 24, 2025

At The Little Star, our products are custom-made to your specifications. As a result, we have the following cancellation and refund policy:

1. Cancellation

  • No cancellation is allowed once the order is received, since the processing will automatically start after the order is received. You can write to thelittlestar.in@gmail.com if you think you have a valid reason to cancel.

2. Refunds

  • Since each product is personalized, we do not offer refunds unless the product is:
    • Damaged on arrival
    • Incorrect (e.g., printed wrong name instead of the given one, printed wrong design instead of the chose one, printed different photo than the uploaded one.)
  • To request a refund, email us at thelittlestar.in@gmail.com with photos of the issue within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • Refund will be completed within 5-7 business days once the team verifies your refund request.

3. Replacement

  • If your order meets the refund conditions, we may offer a free replacement instead of a monetary refund.
